It allows you to store the names of your pupils and the types of events you want, such as a lesson or a test, so you don't have to enter them manually every time you add something new. You'll be able to record your pupils' lesson progress using the DVSA driver's record and make notes (general and lesson specific) about each pupil. We can provide you with a website widget which will link to a login area for your pupils. You can then give your pupils access to their lesson progress and any feedback you have for them. This is a fantastic tool for parents to monitor how their son or daughter is doing. Once logged in, your pupil will be able to view lessons they have booked with you but they won't be able to view your full diary.
The diary is also a great way to communicate with your pupils. You'll be able to send electronic messages to individual pupils which will arrive within their logged in area. Pupils can also get in contact with you this way, which is especially useful for lesson changes and booking requests. This facility is included within the cost of the diary, so is a great alternative to text messages.
