Here at ADI Support Services 4 All we provide a unique set of services specifically for driving instructors. These aim to help you make more money, get you more pupils and give you more free time. We can help your pupils pass their theory, find them early practical test cancellations, advertise your driving school for you in our driving school directory and be your sales force. It doesn't matter if you're a single driving instructor or a driving school with multiple instructors, we have something for you and your pupils.

2. How can you get me more pupils?

Our New Pupil Management services includes Telephone Call Handling and Live Chat for new pupils, meaning you'll never miss a call again from a potential new pupil. We can advertise your driving school for you by giving you an entire web page on our Find a Driving Instructor website promoting your business.

If your phone currently rings when you're instructing you could potentially be losing new pupils. Imagine if our professional and friendly staff answered these calls for you and even booked lessons? This is how we can get you more pupils and increase your profits.

3. Okay, but are there any other ways I can make money from your services?

You can make money by reselling our online Theory Training and Practical Test Cancellation Finder to your pupils. You may even want to charge your pupils for the Website Widgets which they can get to from your website.

Example...

You buy 1 practical driving test cancellation account for £10.97. You can resell this for whatever price you like, but if you sold it to your pupil for £18.00 (our current retail price), you would have just made £7.03!

4. You said you can save me time. How?

Our online Diary is quick and easy to use and allows you to add, edit or cancel lessons on your smartphone or tablet while in the car with your pupil. This will not only save you time between lessons but also when you get home at the end of the day.

If you opt for our New Pupil Management services you'll no longer need to worry about calling potential pupils back as we'll answer these calls when they come in.

5. I only have a smartphone and a tablet - can I still use your services?

Yes. Our driving instructor services can be used on a laptop, desktop computer, tablet and smartphone. Yes, this does include the online diary. These services can also be accessed at anytime, anywhere, as long as you have an Internet connection.

6. I like the sound of this. How do I register?

You can either pick items you want from our Pricing page and then register or you can just Register for free and then you can use our services as and when you want to.

7. Is there a free trial?

Yes. Our Partner Scheme is completely free to join. When you join, you'll get 3 online theory training accounts and 1 driving test cancellation account absolutely free. You can sell these to your pupils to make money or give them away to the pupils who need them. We don't mind what you do with them and you have 90 days to activate these accounts.

8. How does your payment structure work?

It's simple and flexible.

Our online theory training and test cancellation accounts can either be purchased as single accounts as and when you need them or you can multi-buy a number of accounts at the same time.

You pay monthly in advance for our online diary or you can multi-buy up to three months' access at a time.

Our New Pupil Management services are free to setup and includes free advertising in our driving instructor directory. You won't even need to pay per telephone call. You'll only be charged when we pass you details for a new pupil. No monthly fees or commitments – you only pay for results.

9. Is there a contract?

There is no contract and you can stop using us whenever you like. Although you pay for our services upfront we have no interest in keeping your money if you're not happy. While we don't think that this will be the case, good business and good living is all about win/win relationships. Simply contact us and we'll make sure that you're taken care of. 10. Who are you?

We're Theory Training Solutions Ltd trading as ADI-Support-Services-4All and we've been helping learning drivers since 2008, we also have a Crown Copyright licence with the DVSA (the people who set the theory and practical driving and riding tests) meaning we can offer the latest official practice material for theory tests.

We're also a member of the Trading Standards 'Buy With Confidence' scheme which means that all of our business processes, services and customer satisfaction ratings have been audited and approved by Trading Standards.
